The SWPONL Annual Educational Conference offers you the opportunity to learn from our expert speakers as well as from experienced peers who share your same journey. 

2017 Conference Learning Objectives:

• Identify strengths used to develop high performing teams in the current and future state of healthcare
• Examine the opioid crisis and the role of the nurse leader as it relates to the workplace and as an advocate to influence change
• Identify strategies to deliver high levels of health care in the present and in the future
• Describe the role of the nurse leader as it relates to population health and the future of healthcare

Accepted posters will be highlighted and on display to represent new ideas and programs to improve patient care and patient care delivery developed by individuals and organizations within the Southwestern Pennsylvania healthcare region.
