PONL 2021 Conference - Current Registrant Options

Previously registered for the 2021 in-person PONL Annual Conference? Review the current registrant information and options below.

All current registrants must choose one of the two options below by Friday, Sept. 10:

1. Apply current conference registration to the virtual conference. We will apply your current registration and payment toward the virtual conference and issue a refund of the difference with no additional penalty.
2. Receive a full refund with no penalties. If you are unable to attend the virtual conference, we will issue you a full refund with no cancellation penalties.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and be processed in 5-10 business days.

All attendees must complete this form to indicate how they would like to proceed by Friday, Sept. 10.

Any registrant who does not complete the form by this date will automatically be registered for the virtual conference and refunded the difference.
